Redefining cardiovascular care,
durably.

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death globally.

Cardiovascular diseases encompass heart and blood vessel disorders, linked to risk-factors like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and lifestyle choices. They include coronary artery conditions, stroke, heart failure, and hypertension.

Today, they remain a significant burden on public health due to their widespread prevalence and associated complications.

One of the most frequent cardiovascular diseases is myocardial infarction, commonly known as heart attack.

Our first development program focuses on myocardial infarction

Myocardial infarction occurs when an artery supplying the heart occludes.

Current care involves medical procedures to unblock the artery and avoid the patient's death on the short run but fails to address the cardiac damage responsible for heart failure.

1/3 of myocardial infarction patients develop major complications.

At Polygon, we aim to drastically reduce the burden of cardiovascular diseases by addressing unmet mechanisms.

We are tackling the root of the problem to reshape patients future
